Arthur has spina bifida LMMC with tethered cord, syringomyelia and neurogenic bowel and bladder. Arthur also has a form of spinocerebellar ataxia. He cannot coordinate himself enough for a traditional bike. He has low tone which makes it hard for him to sit and his ataxia makes it impossible to balance.  Unfortunately Arthurs diagnosis is progressive and we would love for him to have a bike so he can explore outside in the best way for him.
