Carter spent the first 6 1/2 years of his life in an orphanage in Bulgaria. He didn’t grow up with the opportunity to do every day “kid things.” He was adopted a little over a year ago and he has found a love for adventure! He loves being outside, and especially loves the feeling of the wind blowing through his hair. He needs extra support due to his cerebral palsy and his limited mobility, in order to be able to ride a bike. This bike would be perfect for him!
