Matthew has global developmental delay due to his genetic disorder. Matthew is getting stronger and works with PT and OT with a therapy bike but needs one for home. He has a tendency to push back making it unsafe to have a bike without a back rest. He also has a difficult time peddling and requires foot straps. He also has not grasped the concept of steering so we are needing a bike that has a push rail. Matthew loves riding his bike at therapy and find so much enjoyment in it!
