Rose is a special needs kiddo. She is Autistic and also suffered a stroke at birth. She is semi-paralyzed on the right side therefore cannot steer with her right hand and has difficulty pushing down on a bike pedal. She loves being outside and wants to ride a bike so badly but is extremely limited due to her disability restrictions.
