Noah loves being outside, due to his developmental delay, and cerebral palsy, epilepsy and genetic disorders he is not able to walk, or pedal a bike currently. A bike for Noah would greatly benefit him by being able to enjoy the fresh air, riding on a bike. Noah would benefit from a bike seat with a 5 point harness.
