Thorin has Costello syndrome. It effects all parts of his body. He's non mobile except for crawling. He used to walk but lost the ability to. He's non verbal. A bike would help build his leg muscles and stretch his legs to hopefully get him walking again. Insurance won't cozy one because they say it's a luxury item.
