Avril, our little warrior, is inspiration and motivation for which we created this page she is 8 years old and is diagnosed with a seizure disorder. She loves the idea of having a bicycle but she hasn’t been able to adapt to a regular bicycle because she isn’t able to control it well. Every week she works hard with her school therapists to improve her mobility and endurance. With the help and support of her teachers and therapists, Avril has learned to ride the Rifton 130 this school year. She gets so excited whenever anyone mentions the bicycle that she knows she’ll be able to ride! This bike will help improve Avril's endurance, improve the strength of her legs and her motor skills. We would be so happy to see her have a bicycle that she is able move and have fun while at the same time helping her improve her physical therapy and motor skills. But the most important thing is that it will give her the opportunity to have a better interaction with her friends and the opportunity to ride a bike that fits her!
