Dixie Mae is a 3 year old girl born with Spina Bifida. Dixie has overcome so many things in her short life and is truly an inspiration. She has had 12 surgeries and works hard everyday in school and therapy. She loves school, her family & friends. Dixie had the chance to ride a bike during a 2 week intensive therapy program and absolutely loved it. Her face just lit up with pride and happiness being able to ride a bike. We would love to give Dixie the chance to experience that feeling every day. This bike would not only allow Dixie to experience riding her own bike but it will also help strengthen her leg muscles and contribute to her physical therapy goals.
